Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us grow through consistent, thoughtful outreach.

Responsibilities:

— Searching for relevant leads and new business opportunities

— Writing personalized outreach messages

— Communicating with potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, email, etc.

— Tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and maintaining pipeline

-Collaborating with the team to improve outreach strategies

Requirements:

— 1+ year of experience in lead generation

— Good spoken and written English (for client communication)

— Experience with platforms like LinkedIn and/or Upwork

— Understanding of lead generation processes

— Strong communication and organizational skills

Would be a plus:

— Experience in an IT service company

— Basic understanding of IT services

— Experience with multiple outreach channels
