Sourcing Analyst (вакансія неактивна)

Scoutbee is a smart German startup, founded in 2015 by purchasing, operations experts and German engineers. It aspires to simplify scouting suppliers. scoutbee’s AI-driven suite helps procurement leaders find global suppliers faster and gain deep insights to make confident purchasing decisions. We are constantly dealing with large data from very different sources to find the best suppliers for our customers.

Requirements:

• A Graduate degree in informatics, business economics, engineering, business administration or in another quantitative field.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English and excellent communication skills.
• Confident in IT skills (Excel, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint)
• General understanding of engineering and production/manufacturing tools and practices.
• Good analytical skills.
• Motivation to work in cross-functional and multi-cultural environments.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in marketing research.
• Data collection and sourcing, specifically in the areas of the supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Experience in Amazon sourcing or SEO.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and evaluate data from numerous websites of potential suppliers.
• Conduct supplier market research and evaluation to meet customer requirements.
• Actively working on improving the digital supplier scouting process.
• Improving the sourcing processes by enhancing (internal & external) data sources.
• Utilizing internal software tools effectively and providing continuous feedback to the development team.
• Working with the data team to improve sourcing tools and supplier data aggregation processes.
