— Intermediate English, both written and spoken
— Knowledge of recruitment/sourcing theory
— General understanding of Ukrainian IT market
— Good interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills
— Strong self-motivation and self-learning skills, desire to become a skilled Talent Sourcer
— Ability to prioritize and multitask
— You have to be located in Ukraine, Kharkiv (or ready to relocate)
— Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar roles
— Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

— Market research and analysis (of salaries, technologies, main competitors etc.), prepare various reports
