— Experience with Human Resources or as an Executive Assistant
— If you don’t have experience in HR or as an Executive Assistant, though the description below reflects your skills and attitude, please send us your CV and a cover letter without hesitation.
— Upper-Intermediate English (you’ll be communicating in English daily, fluent English is a must). Advanced grammar skills
— Excellent business communication skills; knowledge of a business etiquette
— Great interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships
— Self-starter with demonstrated ability to effectively execute tasks and projects
— Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs
— Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varied projects, deadlines, and priorities
— Employee-focused attitude, Client-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
— Excellent problem-solving skills, root/cause analysis skills
— Ability to research, consolidate data and formulate observations/recommendations
— High level of attention to detail and accuracy
— Good proficiency in Google Workspace products (formerly G-Suite)
— Fluent/native Ukrainian and Russian
— You have to be located in Ukraine, Kharkiv (or ready to relocate)

Обязанности

— Ensure the best employee experience possible
— Ensure the best client experience possible
— Keeping and updating HRIS
— Conduct HR orientation and offboarding activities: preonboarding, onboarding, probation period check-ins, exit interviews, offboarding
— Build strong relationships with employees, conduct one-on-ones, health check interviews
— Support Annual Performance Review process and mid-year checkpoints
— Ensure HR policies compliance. Suggesting new policies, approaches, and procedures
— Provide HR support to employees: guidance in processes and policies, counseling
— Support of the Health Insurance Program
— Create, plan, and take part in team-building activities
— Create, plan, and take part in educational activities
