— Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or similar technologies
— Experience with CI/CD, build configuration languages, package managers and installers, as well as automated build tools
— Good Knowledge in logging infrastructure, alerting and monitoring tools
— Solid background in config management systems
— Strong programming skills
— Enthusiastic, go-for-it attitude
— Ability to deliver quickly and iterate fast
— At least Intermediate level of spoken English

— Respond to scoutbee availability incidents and provide support for service engineers with customer incidents
— Think about repetitive, inefficient and time-consuming things people are doing and finding an automated solution for it
— Maintain programmable infrastructure and maximize the availability of the workloads that run on it
— Use your on-call shift to prevent incidents from ever happening
— Automate running our infrastructure (Terraform, Salt, Kubernetes and other tools)
— Make monitoring and alerting alert on symptoms and not on outages
— Improve the deployment process to make it as boring as possible
— Debug production issues across services and levels of the stack
— Document all the things so you don’t need to learn the same thing twice
— Conduct post-incident reviews
