— You feel comfortable in all stages of the recruitment lifecycle — starting from sourcing, all the way to client sell and hire.
— You have supreme negotiation skills. Your personal offer acceptance ratio is above 75%.
— You are already at the level when you don’t say: “I know everything about recruitment, there is nothing more to learn”. You are a lifetime learner. You are hungry for new information and on-going discovery within your profession.
— You never say: “I’ve found all candidates” or “This vacancy is impossible to fill”.
— You are well skilled in sourcing and know more than 2 boolean operators. You know that X-Ray is more than just a picture of a broken toe.
— You have a wide network of connections, yet you know how to recruit beyond LinkedIn.
— You use tools, techs and plugins to support and optimize your daily routine.
— You have good time management skills and you are able to juggle priorities while still remaining efficient with your tasks.
— You are a good team player, open to share your knowledge with colleagues.
— You are anxious about taking part in the establishment of recruiting processes.
— Your English is near to awesome or at least that is what your family tells you.
— You are adequate and have a good reputation as well as a personal brand.
— You love working with clients, write smart business emails and can easily wrap your candidates up as nicely looking Christmas presents.

Обязанности

— Communicating with the clients at intake calls and bringing the info back into recruitment.
— Market Analysis and recruitment strategy definition/
— Performing full-cycle recruitment. Meeting KPI’s and improving the process.
— Recruitment progress reporting.
— Experimenting with new tools and techs, trying out new approaches and brainstorming fresh ideas.
— Representing own and company brand in a way that eventually you can kick back and relax while the incoming applications pile up in your inbox. (smile) Off course we know in the real world that means hard work and dedication.
— Working with ATS as your main tool and source.
— Learning and practicing, then coming back on Monday and start learning and practicing all over again.
