Необходимые навыки

— 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
— Ability to drive the full-cycle recruitment process
— At least Upper-Intermediate English

— Full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interviews, presenting candidates to clients and offer discussions
— Direct communication with the clients in order to clarify job positions, interview flows, questions from candidates

— Experiment with new tools and techs, try out new approaches and brainstorm on new ideas in order to improve the delivery of the recruitment team
