Delivery Manager

WTT Solutions is a software development company with 10+ years of experience delivering web, mobile, and AI-powered solutions for clients across the US and Europe.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will take ownership of our delivery processes, lead Project Managers, support presales, and ensure successful cooperation with our clients. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on project success, customer satisfaction, and company growth.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end delivery process across multiple client projects.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, helping them grow and solve complex delivery challenges.
• Monitor project health, timelines, budgets, profitability, and delivery quality.
• Build strong relationships with clients, proactively managing expectations and resolving escalations.
• Participate in presales activities, including discovery calls, estimations, proposals, and delivery planning.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales, HR, and Engineering teams.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Improve delivery standards, processes, templates, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvements across delivery operations.
• Support company growth by scaling teams and improving operational efficiency.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Senior Project Management, or similar leadership roles.
• Previous experience in an IT outsourcing company is required.
• The candidate must be based in Europe, the EU, or Ukraine. Candidates based in Asia are not considered.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with international clients.
• Hands-on experience with presales activities, project estimations, and solution planning.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Technical background (Software Engineering, Architecture, Business Analysis, or Development).
• Experience working with AI-related projects.
• Experience building or improving delivery processes.
• Experience managing delivery metrics, utilization, profitability, and project forecasting.
