A bit about us...

We’re currently a team of 6, including our founder-CEO and CTO. In this role you’ll be one of our very first Engineering hires. There’s a lot to do — we’re currently at MVP stage with a product created by our founder. You’ll play a leading role in delivering new functionality for users, architecting the platform for scale and rolling APIs and integrations for our new mobile platform..

Not only that, but being among the first few hires in the company, you’ll play a part in shaping our culture, our ethos, and our identity.

About this role

Our platform is currently at MVP stage, created by a small team to prove the business model during our early inception. In this role you’ll be at the forefront of our brand new engineering team, architecting the platform for our next stage of growth — working on both functionality and back-end infrastructure and architecture.

Ideally you’d have...

• Loads of experience in Rails, able to bring both functional and technical ideas to the table
• Experience working with streaming video
• Previously worked on a Heroku-based platform
• A startup mindset — get stuff done, create great user experiences, able to separate the wheat (low effort, high value) from the chaff (stuff that’s very hard, or not very useful, or both)
