Sales Manager — Training Program

We are launching a Sales Manager Training Program at LITSLINK, a subsidiary of WOW-HOW Studio, for motivated people who want to start or develop their careers in IT Sales and gain hands-on experience working with international clients.

LITSLINK is an international IT company specializing in software development and helping businesses build and scale digital products. We work with clients worldwide and continuously grow our Sales team to create new international business opportunities.

How will the training work?

• Fully remote format
• 3–4 sessions per week
• 2–3 hours per session
• Practical workshops, lectures, and real-life cases
• Training delivered by experienced Sales Managers and leading Sales professionals from LITSLINK

During the program, you will learn how IT Sales works in practice — from identifying potential clients and relevant projects to communicating with prospects, developing leads, and understanding the full sales process.

You will learn how to:

• Find and analyze relevant IT projects on Upwork
• Identify and research potential clients
• Understand client needs and pain points
• Create personalized and effective proposals
• Communicate with potential clients
• Handle objections
• Understand the sales funnel and different stages of the sales process
• Build a systematic approach to lead generation and client acquisition

What happens after the training?

Throughout the program, we will evaluate participants based on their progress, engagement, practical skills, and overall performance.

The best-performing participants may have an opportunity to join the LITSLINK Sales team and continue developing their careers in IT Sales.

The program is designed to help you move from learning the fundamentals to practicing on real-life cases and gaining practical experience in an international IT environment.
