Accounting assistant (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for English-speaking Accountant assistant for our client

Requirements

✔️Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
✔️2-3 years of experience in a finance role.
✔️Experience with bank reconciliations, accruals and journal entries.
✔️Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing workloads and partnering cross-functionally, while delivering against tight deadlines.
✔️Detail orientated and accurate.
✔️Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups etc)
✔️Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

➖Responsible for bank reconciliations: record corporate banking transactions, monitor daily balances in banks and deposits.
➖Follow up with accounts payable team if payments are pending approval/release.
➖Approve and record employee’s expense reimbursement using the automated tools (Concur).
➖Issue and process sales invoices and follow up on settlement.
➖Approve guide’s expense reimbursement using the automated tools (Tipalti).
➖Approve and record employee’s travel expenses using the automated tools (CTM).
➖Assist in month, quarter, and year end closing processes: accruals, prepayments, and reclassifications.
➖Manage petty cash control and prepayments control.
➖Assist with AP invoices posting in Trindocs and weekly payments runs.
➖Assist with inventory and tickets reconciliations.
➖Update monthly financial reports.
➖Assist with process improvement and systems development.
➖Ensure high-quality and up-to-date procedure documents are maintained for areas of responsibility.
➖Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Would be a plus

✔️Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, Italian)
