We are looking for a Sales Manager with customer support responsibilities to provide excellent service within our client’s project. Our client is a company that provides a SaaS solution for manufacturing companies. This solution is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning solution — and helps to track business resources such as cash, raw materials, production capacity, etc. — as well as the status of business obligations: orders, purchases, deliveries. as well as the status of business obligations: orders, purchase orders and payroll.
Requirements:
✔️Proficient in written and spoken English at a C1 level
✔️Sales skills to communicate with leads and sell the product
✔️Effective interpersonal skills
✔️Demonstrates a quick ability to learn new platforms and processes
✔️Experience in Administrative role in manufacturing company would be a plus
Responsibilities:
➖Engaging in pre-sales tasks
➖Coming back to leads and maintaining communication
➖Following up with leads and arranging meetings
➖Addressing initial client inquiries and providing relevant information
➖Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through tickets
➖Troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to users
➖Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution
➖Exploring pre-releases of new features
➖Providing valuable feedback on user experience and functionality
➖Collaborating with internal teams to handle tickets efficiently
➖Acting as a liaison between the company and potential clients
Work conditions:
✔️Work schedule: Monday — Friday, 10:00 −18:00 with 30 min lunch break
✔️The probation period is one month
✔️Remote work
