Now we are looking for a Customer Support Manager with English knowledge in our friendly team.
Requirements:
Proficiency (fluency and functional literacy) in English;
Proven experience in customer support or call centre operations will be a plus;
Superior communication skills, both written and oral;
Active listening skills;
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Conditions of work:
Flexible working schedule:
Morning shift 08:00 — 16:00;
Day shift 14:00 — 22:00;
Night shift 22:00 — 08:00;
2 days off per week.

Main responsibilities:
Respond to customer email, and phone queries and requests;
Handle customer complaints;
Consultation of new clients on updates, discounts, payment methods;
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
