WS is the № 1 Ukrainian SaaS project management service with an easy-to-use interface. This cloud-based service helps businesses grow faster. We are on a mission to help companies become digital: manage projects and teams, effectively communicate and track project work online. Clients use our service from different industries (IT companies, architects, builders, lawyers, etc.) and geographies (Europe, UK, USA, and Canada).

We are looking for talented Sales Development Representatives who understand how to drive interest and generate buyer intent in an outbound motion.

In this role, you will:
— Brainstorm, research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels;
— Create potential opportunities from prospecting and marketing-generated leads;
Interface and nurture leads through various outbound channels;
— Create new business by aggressively finding and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for our sales team;
— Collaborate closely with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan.
— Develop and implement the best practices for growing our customer base and strategic partnerships;
— Control the outbound leads in CRM up till the opportunity closure;
— Prepare lists of cold contacts for ongoing campaigns, webinars, dedicated SDR service, etc.;
— Write highly personalized messages for the outreach through various channels (including social media, regular emails, phone calls, etc.);

We expect you to have:
— (2+) years of sales experience as SDR, Leadgen in IT company (preferable SaaS);
— (1+) year of experience in email campaigns and LinkedIn outbound sales in B2B;
— Ability to connect and develop strong prospect relationships;
— Outstanding English communication skills.

Nice to have:
— Lead generation experience working with LN Sales Navigator, Expandi, Snov.io, Lemlist;
— Prospecting experience leveraging Slack groups, Quora, etc;

— (800 — 1000)$ (depends on years of experience) + bonus up to 100%
