— Experience as BA, PM , BO or QA at least 1 year;
— An ability to work as a team player;
— Excellent skills in communication (an ability to understand and to share requirements, to conduct negotiations);
— Knowledge of methodologies of creating software and understanding of software life-cycle;
— Experience on planning and decomposition of tasks, setting up priorities;
— Level of English — Intermediate +.

— Experience on conducting negotiations;
— Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL-like DB;
— Experience in FinTech field;
— Deep understanding of methodologies of creating software and understanding of software life-cycle, CI/CD processes;
— Experience in working with Jira/Confluence;
— Desire and ability to advise designers about UI/UX, taking into consideration requirements of a business;
— Knowledge and understanding of DDD, BDD.

— Collect formalize and document business requirements within the project / task from stakeholders;
— Understand the business domain and prioritize it;
— Prepare and transfer functional and technical requirements to the development team;
— Propose and implement changes as necessary;
— Analyze technical specifications for compliance with business requirements;
— Identify inaccuracies and inconsistencies in business tasks, propose solutions;
— Making researches, comparing implementations with competitor solutions;
