Wix’s Operations group. We’re responsible for all of the great behind-the-scenes work that keeps Wix running. We solve problems on the go, making sure that the details come together to propel the team towards our vision of a Wix culture. And we have fun doing it!

You can occasionally work in the evenings and during weekends.
As a Guest Relations Manager, you will:
— Be the first to meet guests in the office and make sure they leave with a positive impression of Wix
— Support travelers coming to and from the Kyiv office (with welcome letters, security codes, finding offices, etc)
— Supervise the business center security badge system for employees and visitors
— Coordinate all supplier deliveries and shipping
— Help with meeting room setup needs
— Coordinate external and internal events (meet, greet, show around the office etc.)
— Office onboarding for new employees, office overview for visitors
— Collaborate with different groups and teams within Wix
— Perform administrative tasks
