You are:

A strategic thinker and people-person with a passion for recruitment. Your vast experience in recruiting for both high-tech and other positions has made you deeply sensitive to people. And you have the intuition and emotional intelligence to find the best candidates out there!

You’re results-oriented, data friendly, and love to make things happen. You’re also creative, open-minded, a self-learner and are comfortable working independently or as part of a team. You’re fluent in English and looking for a meaningful role in a fast-paced company.

As a Recruiter, you will:

Play a pivotal role in building a sustainably-scalable team.
Develop and implement a creative, comprehensive sourcing strategy, including building relationships with passive candidates and establishing an effective pipeline to recruit talent.
Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of the specific skills required for each position and discover the best candidates to fill these roles.
Research and use cutting-edge talent sourcing tools and technologies.
Constantly grow both as a professional and personally as part of our amazing team.
