A mother tongue speaker of Russian and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You have stellar communication skills and a deep understanding of the culture of our users in russian-speaking market.
You’re comfortable working with a variety of teams/departments on new, ever-changing tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The opportunity to learn about every aspect of a company fascinates you. Bonus points if you have experience working in customer solutions and/or a technical environment.
— Serve as an ambassador for regional markets, providing Wix users technical solutions.
— Develop and maintain positive customer relations and satisfaction.
— Create, translate and localize content for the Wix Knowledge Base (e.g. support articles, step-by-step tutorials, feature requests and updates on known issues).
— Analyze user behavior and content suitability/relevance to determine its effect on user satisfaction.
— Collaborate with other departments and product teams and communicate users’ needs/concerns.
— Influence and improve the way we support our users to ensure the best possible user experience.
