We’re looking for a dedicated Office Manager to assist in development of the most fast-growing Israeli hi-tech company’s offices in Kyiv. You’ll focus your energy and passion on transforming our office into a fun, creative and world-class R&D hub and join a very cool and creative group of people.
Responsibilities
— Deal with day-to-day operative, administrative and logistic aspects
— Assist in planning and executing monthly budget
— Manage office facilities and provide administrative support as needed (e.g. office equipment, supplies, cleaning services, new employee on-boarding etc.)
— Assist in trips planning and direct visitors, interviewees and employees
Requirements
— Experience in administrative & operational work, preferably in a hi-tech environment
— High level of organizational, professional, and problem solving abilities
— Great interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style
— Excellent English — spoken and written
