Job Description (What you’ll do)

• Manage a small team of 1-3 engineers
• Be a hands-on member of the team, spending at least 70% of your time working in development
• Mentor and advise the team in code review, pair-programming and more
• Focus on the big picture in group tasks in order to prioritize effectively
• Share knowledge between your team and other teams in the group
• Discover (and help solve) the technical debt and other challenges

Requirements

• You have at least 4-6 years experience in Javascript or Typescript, HTML5 and CSS
• You have at least 1 year experience in leading a team of 2 or more engineers, and want to mentor other engineers
• You’re familiar with at least one of these frameworks: React, Angular and front-end stack: Redux/MobX, Webpack/Rollup, CSSModule/SCSS
• You have experience in unit and E2E testing and have written production code
• You’re familiar with software engineering practices (testing, code reviews, pair-programming, TDD, etc.), and are aware of bad practices and anti-patterns
• You’re flexible, passionate, intelligent, a good listener and unafraid to share your opinions
