HR Business Partner

Job Description

As HRBP, you will:

• Be a trusted advisor — understand our business, speak up, participate in implementing managerial, and people related strategies
• Be a proactive Partner with a holistic view of all HR related aspects
• Partner with and coach our leaders: employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
• Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations
• Be able to identify people trends within the business, and work with HR colleagues & key stakeholders in order to design and implement solutions
• Participate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
• Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
• Promote Wix’s values and culture throughout the employee journey

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as HR Partner, in a multicultural high-tech environment
• Proven track record of positively influencing leadership at various levels and their teams
• Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations.
• Flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment
• Great team member, can manage stakeholders across the globe
• Passionate about making an impact
• Fluent English
