Technical Project/Delivery Manager

Job Description

• Own the delivery and execution aspects of several teams
• Build better communication between teams & disciplines inside Payments by Wix
• Closely work with engineering teams and product managers.
• Work with many other teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Legal and others) to coordinate communication, streamline delivery and resolve blockers
• Manage daily activities and play a key role in designing and overseeing your teams’ roadmap
• Manage complex timelines and dependencies across Wix and be the go-to-person on your teams
• Be responsible for the unity and spirit of your team to help keep them focused and be productive

Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in dynamic organizations (engineering, R&D systems)
• Technical background or knowledge of engineering principles and technical concepts is a MUST. This foundation is essential for understanding the technical aspects of the projects you’ll be managing.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Great leadership skills that allow you to take the lead and implement projects from start to finish, while building efficient operational processes and collaborative interfaces
• You have great people skills, highly energized, and a “can do” approach
• Great written and verbal communication skills that allow you to efficiently communicate with people at all levels
