Wix’s IT Support team. We’re responsible for ensuring that every employee’s IT concerns are addressed. We’re a team of skilled and happy people who combine our love of technology with a real desire to help our colleagues. We take care of everything from configuration, to control and maintenance, to troubleshooting and monitoring computers, servers, hardware, software, and events.
An experienced IT professional with at least 1.5 years of hybrid working experience. You’re familiar with Apple software and hardware, have a minimum of 1.5 years of Windows IT support, and are experienced with Active Directory, Azure, and G Suite. As a service-oriented team player, you’re just as comfortable collaborating as you are working independently. Bonus points if you have technical project lead experience, have excellent communication skills, or if you’re occasionally available to be on call after-hours. If you have experience with tools and systems like Meraki, Jira, Intune, and Jamf, that’s also an advantage.
