What you’ll do:

• Join the Payments management team with the ambition to impact group-wide decisions.
• Lead a team of engineers across multiple sites, focusing on growing team leads and R&D managers within the group.
• Create an engineering vision aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
• Translate your engineering vision into high-level workforce planning, knowledge distribution, and organizational structure.
• Define and evolve the structure of the R&D organization by setting architectural direction.
• Facilitate solving day-to-day engineering struggles.
• Ensure strong collaboration between Engineering, Product and Operations within Payments, while effectively collaborating with different stakeholders throughout Wix.
• Recruit, mentor and advise top talent on your team.
• Identify ways to raise the bar of the engineering workflow to improve velocity and get buy-ins from cross-functional teams and leadership.
