Product Designer — Wix Analytics

We are:

Wix’s Analytics team. We’re responsible for providing our users with the best analytics tools so they can make quality, data-driven decisions to the benefit of their business or community. We provide dozens of pre-made reports, embedded analytics widgets, and many other benchmarking, insights, and forecast tools. Our product is relatively new so it’s growing fast. We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our office in Kyiv.

You are:

A product designer with 3+ years experience in UX and product design, preferably in product teams. You’re a team player who doesn’t let ego get in the way. You are curious, independent, and eager to discover and solve user problems. You understand the value of talking regularly with real users to understand how to deliver more value and improve their experience. You’re passionate about making an impact and you take ownership, delivering exceptional results in a timely manner. You have a real sense for extraordinary, pixel-perfect design solutions, and you’re an expert in Figma. Bonus points if you have experience with designing data visualizations.

As a Product Designer at Wix Analytics, you will:

• Become an expert in your domain and play an integral role in defining the product experience
• Collaborate daily with product managers and software developers to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products
• Get to know real users by conducting regular usability sessions to learn their pain points, expose areas for improvement in the product, and discover new opportunities
• Advocate for the user by sharing your research from support tickets, competitor analysis, and usability sessions with real users
• Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through to delivering a pixel-perfect UI to development.
