Senior Product Designer

We are:

Wix’s UX Guild. We own the full product experience at Wix, taking charge of both the functional (UX) and the visual (UI). We collaborate with Software Developers and Product Managers to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our office in Kyiv and be a part of the Wix Content Manager team.

The Content Manager is Wix’s no-code database solution that enables fast and unlimited creation of pages based on a shared design, as well as storage of site content for independent editing. Our focus is to empower both site owners and content contributors to easily manage their site content, without needing to use the Wix Editor.

You are:

A Product Designer with 4+ years of experience in UX and product design, preferably in product teams. You have great communication and organizational skills, you’re an analytical thinker, and you know how to solve complex product problems. You’re great at collaborating and brainstorming with multiple stakeholders and you’re highly skilled in English.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will:

• Play an integral role in defining the product experience.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Software Developers to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products.
• Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, usability sessions, competitor analysis, and BI tools.
• Map out possible scenarios and create product flows.
• Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich animated prototypes.
• Conduct a full design cycle, from collecting inspirations to development then monitor the product’s usage after launch.
