You are:

Talent acquisition and executive search expert with 5+ years of experience in full-cycle hiring and recruitment. You have great interpersonal skills and an ability to recognize potential talent and get passive candidates interested in new opportunities. You’re an expert in advanced networking, candidate generation, and internet sourcing methodologies.
You’re independent while also working well in teams and you’re committed to results. You have a strategic view, a business touch and you’re very curious and creative when it comes to headhunting methods.
If you have business development/sales/marketing experience and technical background and an understanding of the tech sector — that’s an advantage.

As a Talent Hunter you will:

• Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies particularly when recruiting top technical talents
• Identify people with valuable talents and attract them to our hiring process
• Create long-term relationships with talents, applying personalized techniques
• Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to understand the skills required for the most challenging positions
• Develop and maintain relationships with startups, accelerators, opinion leaders, etc. and use your network for recruiting while acting as a Wix ambassador
• Leverage market intelligence data and industry trends (including target companies and organizations) to create an “ideal candidate” profile as a guideline for the recruitment process
