A senior talent acquisition professional with 5+ years of experience. You know how to lead in-house recruitment efforts in the tech industry and you’re an expert in-depth HR interviewer. You’re creative in choosing the optimal recruitment methodologies, you have a clear, data-based voice when it comes to hiring talent — and you love what you do.
You can build and foster relationships with your great interpersonal skills while being business-oriented, data-driven, and interested in the tech industry. You operate with a sense of urgency, you’re independent and you own what you do. You also have good English and knowledge of the local talent market. Knowledge in setting an efficient recruitment process for international companies is an advantage.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
Play a major and strategic role in achieving the company’s global growth goals
Be the first point of contact for Hiring Managers and partner with them to support their teams’ strategic growth
Develop candidate profiles with managers by understanding the required skills, the impact of the role, and cultural fit to the team and the company
Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates
Interview candidates, negotiate offers, and close contracts with candidates
Build data-driven strategies
Be an ambassador for our culture and mission
Work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team
