The Wix Domains team — an independent and growing team dealing with all aspects of the domain management world. We make it possible for Wix users to purchase a domain directly from Wix, as well as connect or transfer an existing domain to Wix. We’re a customer-obsessed group of experts from all disciplines with vast knowledge and experience in the domain industry.

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to help the Domains team, oversee the creation & execution of the roadmap, and play a key role in making the team even more awesome.

You are:
An experienced and delivery-oriented team player with at least 3 years’ experience in project management. You always get things done while maintaining a great team spirit. Your strong leadership skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement processes & routines.

You know how to lead project execution from start to finish to reach business objectives. You can successfully manage multiple projects, know how to work in a multicultural environment and have good oral and written communication skills in English.

As a Delivery Manager in Wix Domains, you will:
Own the delivery and execution aspects of the team’s deliverables.
Work with Product, IT, Operations, Finance, and other Wix teams to align on different tasks, priorities and escalations.
Handle communication with external (non-Wix) companies.
Improve and lead project management methodologies.
Help our Dev team handle production incidents.
Build better communication within the Wix Domains team.
Manage daily activities and play a key role in designing and overseeing your team’s roadmap.
Manage complex timelines and dependencies across Wix and be the go-to-person on your team.
Be responsible for the unity and spirit of your team to help keep them focused and be productive.
