Payments by Wix is a high-focus company, responsible for processing the income of millions of businesses. In addition, one of our main focuses is our in-house payment gateway, Wix Payments.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to help Payments by Wix team, oversee the creation & execution of the roadmap, and play a key role in making the team even more awesome.

You are:

An experienced and delivery-oriented team player with at least 3 years’ experience in project management. You always get things done while maintaining a great team spirit. Your strong leadership skills allow you to set the pace and efficiently implement processes & routines.

You know how to lead project execution from start to finish to reach your business objectives. You can successfully manage a cross-location, multicultural team and have good oral and written communication skills in English.

As a Delivery Manager in Payments by Wix, you will:

Own the delivery and execution aspects of the team’s deliverables.
Work with IT, Operations, Finance, and other teams to align on different tasks and escalations.
Improve project management methodologies.
Build better communication between teams & disciplines inside Payments by Wix.
Manage daily activities and play a key role in designing and overseeing your team’s roadmap.
Manage complex timelines and dependencies across Wix and be the go-to-person on your team.
Be responsible for the unity and spirit of your team to help keep them focused and be productive.
