A UX lead with 3+ years of experience in managing UX/Design teams and you have ֿexcellent communication and organizational skills. You are a hands-on contributor who thrives in a fast-paced agile environment. You are experienced in UX and interactive design, preferably in product teams, and have analytical thinking skills. You understand the product lifecycle from research through prototyping to pixel perfect design and usability testing.
● Lead a team of UX Designers by example through an iterative design process.
● Collaborate with the UX team to brainstorm and validate concepts.
● Lead the creation, maintenance and improvement of experiences within the technical constraints and the principles of the UX Design.
● Help prioritize features based on business objectives, user insights, and daily operations.
● Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Software Developers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
● Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis and more.
● Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios, and deliver to development.
● Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users, once a product is launched.
