Requirements:
• 3+ years of project management experience (web development, eCommerce experience would be a plus)
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Excellent communicational and organizational skills
• Knowledge of modern project management technologies
• Experience in direct communication with the clients and directing the cooperation of different departments (marketing, QA, development, customer support, graphic design, etc.)
• Experience in creating detailed project plans
• Ability to draft accurate estimates and gather requirements from clients
• Risks and crisis management skills
• Change management skills
• Advanced user: JIRA, Confluence
• Ability to make sure that the tasks are completed by team members on time and qualitatively
• Adjust team load according to client’s priorities
• Organize work between multiple cities and time zones

Our client is an owner of an online furniture store operating throughout all states in the US and selling a wide variety of products. He has multiple systems supporting the website and the sales process, as well as a few systems that are being developed or planned for development.
Additionally, our team provides him with a wide range of services: SEO, SMM, copywriting, design, DevOps, data entry, etc. Soon, the range of these services will expand since we’re adding developers, QA engineers and customer support specialists to the team.
It’s another step on our way of building an independent, continuously expanding BPO team for our client.
