- Handle and resolve customer complaints providing the best customer experience
- Investigate complaints, troubleshoot issues and identifying trending problems
- Report bugs to the technical team
- Very good English skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
