We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for e-learning development at Wirex.

What you’ll be doing:

— Design and develop effective e-learning courses and programs;
— Interact and engage with stakeholders & subject matter experts to collect information and develop the content needed for e-learning courses;
— Identify learning needs and evaluate learning efficiency;
— Participate in other L&D projects.

Requirements:

— 1+ years of relevant job experience;
— Good knowledge of courseware authoring tools;
— Experience with e-learning design principles, practices, and platforms;
— Technology literate;
— Strong written and verbal communication skills;
— Excellent planning and organization skills;
— An enthusiastic attitude, work well on teams and be able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment;
— Upper-intermediate level of English.
