We are looking for a professional to join our company as a Customer Support Team Lead

Requirements:

— Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Support Team Leader.
— Strong customer focus and service orientation.
— Experience in managing 5 and more subordinates.
— Advanced English, both written and spoken.
— Knowledge of Zendesk products (or similar service desk platforms).
— Well-developed leadership skills.
— You know how to make both your business clients and team happy.

We would love if you also:

— Passionate about blockchain technology.
— Have hands-on experience with Atlassian products.

You’ll be responsible for:

— Maintaining a clear customer service strategy to support our short, medium and long-term growth and objectives;
— Managing of our international support team;
— Expanding our support team proactively;
— Maintaining existing channels of interaction with our users (emails, chat, messengers, phone, etc.);
— Ensuring that KPI’s and SLA’s are met;
— Coming up with ideas in regards to support processes automatization;
— Managing/maintaining/developing employees’ training and development processes;
— Be a true leader by motivating and maintaining productive and comfortable atmosphere for everyone;
— Assuring a high quality of customer service is achieved at all times.
