We are opening a new position for a System Analyst Team Lead.

— 4+ years experience as a System analyst/Business analyst/Product owner/Head of product.
— At least 2+ years of functioning as a team lead.
— Experience as a System/Business analyst with creating and launching of the internet banking, ERP in financial domain, B2B / B2C solutions in financial domain, SME solutions in financial domain, banks, financial companies — must.
— Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies
— 3+ years successful experience as a BA/SA/PO in different domains (will be a plus).
— Deep knowledge of technical side in server applications and system architecture: cloud, API (other protocols), Big Data, IOT.
— Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN).
— Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization.
— Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.
— Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment.
— Experience in new product creation from scratch in financial domain.
— Understanding and ability to identify the customer needs.
— Ability to identify new trends and approaches and then apply them in a product.
— Ability to clearly present solution, feature with strong argumentation.
— Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Stakeholders.
— Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio(or similar). Good in Balsamiq, Axure, Photoshop(or similar).
— Ability to maintain knowledge base on the business needs.
— Fluent english (written and oral).
— Creating product vision, functionality, ideas.
— Collect, define and translate business objectives and distribute to a Scrum Team.
— Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production.
— Interact with team, organize product development, deliver product vision and functionality to the team (s).
— Understand the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product.
— Drive the product development and growth.
