— Tutoring and teaching processes organization.
— Operation tasks handling (vacations, day-offs, interviews etc.).
— HR reporting.
— Events organization.

— Active and initiative, with great communication skills;
— To be an interesting and creative person;
— To be people-oriented and results driven;
— Positive mood, work under pressure;
— Familiar with office suit, HR web applications, tech;
— Proactiveness, ability to drive changes and create social value.

— Developing and implementing Corporate Policy, Culture statements, etc.;
— Organization of corporate events from writing the plan to realization; Selecting venue, working with subcontractors, attracting partners, running negotiations regarding payment conditions; Analyzing events effectiveness;
— On-boarding process (Office/team introduction, prepare workplace and welcome gift, do an introduction about office, rules and work process);
— Full cycle develop and represent company in different social activities;
