3+ years management experience in a Customer Service environment
Experience of supporting 50K+ client base
Prior experience using Zendesk/Intercom customer service platform
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and attentive and timely in responses

Обов’язки

Lead support-team
Be engaged and committed to a high level of customer service
Defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and increase/maintain customer relationships
Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions to mitigate risk
Direct involvement with customers, advising and consulting as necessary.
Prepare and present monthly management reports
