Whom we’re looking for?

As IT Administrator, the primary focus of your role will be the automation of current manual processes with a help of development and configuration in different systems and platforms. You will work closely with a wide range of technical teams that will span across innovation, infrastructure, architecture (solutions, security), web, DevOps etc.

Responsibilities:

— New User/PC setup (Win, Mac, Linux)
— Basic server/service administration
— Basic network troubleshooting
— Hardware maintenance, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers to minimize disruption to end-users
— Communicating effectively with end-users on different site
— Liaising with 3rd party support teams/consultants if needed
— Contribute to the department knowledge base
— Remote support

Skills:

— Experience with Windows\Mac\Linux operation systems
— Understanding of virtualization technologies
— Microsoft Active Directory experience
— Experience with VPN solutions
— Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
— Ability to work independently or as part of a small team
— Ability to communicate effectively with non-technically and technically minded end-users from different countries
— Ability to prioritize workload
— Willingness to learn new skills

Will be a plus:

— Office 365 administration experience
— Network configuration experience
— Experience in PowerShell\Bash scripting
