— Consulting with line management and provide daily HR services
— Analyzing trends and metrics within the department
— Resolving complex people relations issues and address grievances
— Work closely with management and people to improve work relationships, build high-performance culture and retention strategy
— Collaborate with other areas of HR on the implementation and rollout of plans, programs, and policies
— Identify training needs for teams and individuals
— Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members
— Provide quick response to organizational changes, team members’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges
