— Legal support of economic activities of legal entities and private individuals;
— Organization and support of contractual activities (analysis of contracts, agreement with counterparties, conditions, etc.) (IT, foreign trade activities);
— Analysis and minimization of legal risks;
— Work with legal documentation (development, preparation for signing, legal analysis and control over their implementation);
— Consultancy on tax, corporate, labor laws;
— Monitoring legislation, judicial practice and providing recommendations on their application;
— Representation of interests of legal entities in regulatory authorities;
— Building relationships with colleagues and embedding awareness of legal risk management and corporate policy issues.
— Master’s degree in a relevant field;
— 3+ years of relevant experience;
— Strong analytical and learning skills;
— Big attention to details and ability to stand ground;
— Ability to solve issues and overtake the blockers;
— Understanding of IT business field and requirements;
— Fluent English.
