We are looking for an experienced Project manager/Coordinator (B2B) to join a team of developers working on a new extremely innovative product that is changing the world of finance!

— Lead cross functional teams that work through the product road map to continuously deliver new features to the market in B2B product.
— Maintain, improve delivery processes: release planning, quality of product, deployment and so on.
— Take part in the development of Road Map, control of execution and continuous update.
— Define project objectives, scoping, provide estimates (with team), define project/feature requirements, preparing technical documentation.
— Planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating cross-functional teams of product development.
— Create and deliver reports, set priorities for backlog.
— Facilitate meetings, execute status reporting, resolve problems, provide clear feedback, and drive open communication within the team on planning and execution.
— Motivate team members to work together in the most efficient manner, grow and encourage teammates.
— Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery.
— Work with 3rd parties, partners, setup good work relations with them.
— 3+ years of Project Management/Product Management/Head of the department experience.
— Experience in managing multiple cross functional teams, 5+ people.
— Experience in management of software delivery preferable in Corporate FinTech domain (ex. ERP systems, payment platforms in b2b financial domain, corporate solution for finance management, billing systems, open APIs for finance, partner payment portals, POS systems, acquiring etc.)
— Knowledge of tech architectures, banking systems, corporate banking relations, API development approach. — Excellent technical documentation writing skills.
— Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines. Confidence and proven experience operating in an environment of change. Ability to prioritize and spot quickly urgent tasks that need immediate attention.
— Proficient in process documentation and project management tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project.
— Good knowledge & practical experience with Agile/Scrum, PMBOK/PMI (is a plus). Agile is a must. Any certification is a plus.
— Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
— Demonstrated leadership capability, capable of mentoring others, team motivation skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to organize people, processes.
— Advanced/Fluent English — both spoken and written.
