— Leading cross-functional team(s) in the maintenance of an extremely complex system in production.
— Manage inbound flow of requests, route and deliver: features, change requests, fix issues, incidents, performance bottlenecks, security requests, etc.
— Execute system monitoring (product and 3rd party), security processes, production system life cycle, maintain shifts schedule.
— Live Road Map/Pipeline development, controlling and continuous updating. Execute planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating cross-functional teams.
— Drive and control processes of requirements, defining objectives, scoping, estimating.
— Drive, execute and control processes of reporting, SLA controls, system consistency.
— Facilitate meetings, passionate about status reporting, problem resolution, feedback, and cultivating open communication within the different stakeholders on project planning and execution.
— Working closely with business stakeholders, 3rd parties to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery.
— Supporting new tools, systems or infrastructure evaluation and implementation.
— Coordination service providers and support 2nd level requests from markets.
— 3+ years of System Management experience (IT Department Lead, Technical Support Head/Lead, etc., Lead Project/Product Manager, etc.).
— Experience in managing multiple SCRUM teams/Cross-functional teams/Units/Departments etc.
— Experience in maintenance of complex software in production (financial domain preferable: admin side for trading platforms or any financial solutions, payment or card processing solutions, solution for finance management, exchange software, software products in the financial domain based on web and/or server-side tech) with microservices architecture approach and reasonable amount of customers.
— Confidence with software maintenance practices, knowledge of ITIL approach is a plus.
— Confidence and proven experience operating in an environment of change.
— Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines.
— Ability to prioritize and spot quickly urgent tasks that need immediate attention, give feedback, discuss the risks and possible vectors of development, etc.
— Proficient in process documentation and project management tracking tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.
— Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
— Analytic mindset, ability to structure ideas and features.
— Advanced English — both spoken and written.
