5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that showcases end-to-end UX thinking
Strong experience in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
Deep knowledge of UX methodologies, user psychology, and design strategy
Hands-on expertise with Figma (design systems, prototyping), Adobe CC, Miro, Maze, or similar tools
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), usability heuristics, and inclusive design
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English
Experience designing for complex systems (enterprise software, multi-platform applications)
Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating design decisions
Experience with UX analytics platforms (Hotjar, FullStory, Google Analytics, etc.)
Familiarity with service design, content design, and customer experience mapping

User Research & Discovery
Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, field studies, usability tests)
Synthesize research into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps
Identify pain points and uncover latent user needs to inform design direction
UX Strategy & Architecture
Lead workshops with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and user outcomes
Develop and present UX strategies that connect user insights with business objectives
Define information architecture, task flows, and navigation patterns
Interaction Design & Prototyping
Translate research into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
Create seamless user flows that prioritize clarity, simplicity, and engagement
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of UX decisions
Testing, Analysis & Iteration
Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design hypotheses
