The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to lead product outcomes end-to-end — from strategy and requirements through design, validation, and delivery.

You’ll work directly with clients and domain experts, define product direction, and design solutions for problems that don’t have obvious answers. You’ll own the full scope: the research, the strategy, the experience, and the stakeholder alignment that holds it together.

AI is central to this role in two ways. You’ll design AI-powered products — conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, agentic workflows — for clients building at the frontier. And you’ll use AI tools to operate at a level of speed and depth that traditional workflows can’t match.

This is a role for designers who want to shape products, not optimize features.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

  • Lead discovery with clients and subject-matter experts to define product vision, scope, and priorities
  • Synthesize domain research, stakeholder perspectives, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements
  • Own trade-off decisions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • Present and defend product direction to senior stakeholders

Experience Design

  • Design end-to-end experiences for enterprise-grade products serving global user bases
  • Define information architecture, interaction models, and navigation systems for complex domains
  • Deliver design artifacts at the level of precision engineering teams need to build confidently
  • Steward design systems that maintain coherence across platforms and product lines

AI — As Medium and Method

  • Design interaction patterns for AI-driven products: conversational UX, intelligent assistants, agentic workflows, and adaptive interfaces
  • Solve for trust, transparency, error recovery, and user control in AI-powered experiences
  • Integrate AI tools into your design practice — research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, content generation
  • Bring informed perspective on emerging AI paradigms to product and client discussions

Research & Validation

  • Plan and conduct research matched to project phase — generative discovery, evaluative testing, behavioral analytics
  • Use data to inform decisions and reduce risk before engineering investment
  • Iterate based on evidence

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work with engineering, QA, strategy, and client teams across a globally distributed organization
  • Communicate design rationale in terms that resonate with technical and business stakeholders
  • Mentor designers and elevate design quality across the organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership from discovery through delivery
  • Track record of defining product requirements, facilitating strategic decisions, and aligning stakeholders — not just executing on specs handed to you
  • Experience designing for complex systems — enterprise platforms, regulated environments, or products with multi-layered user roles
  • Demonstrated work in AI as a design domain — you’ve shipped or significantly advanced interfaces where AI is core to the user experience
  • Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Midjourney, or similar) in your professional practice
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills in business English
  • Deep proficiency with Figma, including design systems and component architecture

Preferred

  • Experience with service design and system-level experience architecture
  • Understanding of WCAG 2.2 and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies sufficient for productive engineering collaboration
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (Hotjar, FullStory, PostHog, Amplitude)
