Role Overview

We are looking for a Middle or Senior AI Recruiter to help us scale our diverse, global team. In this role, you’ll use AI tools and platforms to source, engage, and evaluate both technical (e.g., software engineers, data scientists) and non-technical (e.g., product managers, designers, operations) candidates. You’ll collaborate with global hiring managers to ensure fast, high-quality hires across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical positions across Windmill Digital’s global teams.
  • AI-Assisted Sourcing: Leverage AI platforms and sourcing automation tools such as JazzHR, Keka, and other smart ATS systems to identify, assess, and engage talent faster and more efficiently.
  • Collaborate Globally: Work closely with hiring managers in Switzerland, the U.S., India, and other regions to understand hiring needs and build customized hiring pipelines.
  • Role Understanding: Accurately translate diverse role requirements (from backend devs to UX researchers) into actionable candidate profiles.
  • Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain and analyze metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and candidate experiences.
  • Employer Brand Support: Help amplify our brand across Ukrainian and global talent markets through outreach and candidate engagement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of recruitment experience (tech and/or non-tech), preferably in a digital product or tech services environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-powered recruiting tools such as JazzHR, Keka, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS/CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple roles at once.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of design and software development roles (bonus if you’ve worked in or recruited for a digital agency).
  • Experience sourcing for global teams or managing international hiring processes.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and best practices in candidate data management.
