About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on User Experience (UX) to join our global team. In this role, you will champion user needs from discovery to delivery. You’ll lead UX strategy, conduct research, and design user-centric solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every digital product we deliver is intuitive, accessible, and designed with empathy.

Responsibilities

User Research & Discovery

  • Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, field studies, usability tests)
  • Synthesize research into actionable insights, personas, and journey maps
  • Identify pain points and uncover latent user needs to inform design direction

UX Strategy & Architecture

  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and user outcomes
  • Develop and present UX strategies that connect user insights with business objectives
  • Define information architecture, task flows, and navigation patterns

Interaction Design & Prototyping

  • Translate research into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
  • Create seamless user flows that prioritize clarity, simplicity, and engagement
  • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution of UX decisions

Testing, Analysis & Iteration

  • Plan and conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design hypotheses
  • Analyze user behavior data (via analytics, heatmaps, session recordings) to drive continuous

  • Iterate designs based on data, feedback, and evolving product requirements

Design System & Consistency

  • Contribute to and maintain design systems and pattern libraries
  • Ensure UX consistency across platforms, products, and teams
  • Apply accessibility, inclusivity, and ethical design principles

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Collaborate across disciplines (product, engineering, QA, marketing)
  • Present research and design work to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design across the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio that showcases end-to-end UX thinking
  • Strong experience in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research
  • Deep knowledge of UX methodologies, user psychology, and design strategy
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma (design systems, prototyping), Adobe CC, Miro, Maze, or similar tools
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2), usability heuristics, and inclusive design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Business English
  • Experience designing for complex systems (enterprise software, multi-platform applications)
  • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating design decisions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with UX analytics platforms (Hotjar, FullStory, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Familiarity with service design, content design, and customer experience mapping
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced design tools or workflows
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to communicate with devWe Offer teams
