· Documentation: Document the AI development process, including model architecture, training procedures, and integration details.

· Testing: Conduct thorough testing of AI models to ensure robustness and reliability in real-world scenarios.

· Ethical Considerations: Address ethical considerations in AI development, including bias mitigation and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.

Requirements:

· Education: A bachelor or master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

· Experience: Proven experience as an AI Builder or similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in AI model development.

· Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

· Machine Learning Frameworks: Strong experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

· Deep Learning: Expertise in deep learning techniques and frameworks such as LangChain for tasks such as image recognition, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.

· Data Processing: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building data pipelines.

· Collaboration Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to address complex challenges.
