Proven experience as an IT Operations Engineer or Support Engineer
Experience with system installation, configuration, and analysis
Working knowledge of workstation administration (macOS, Win10, and Linux)
Working understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP protocol stack
Good knowledge of networks and network equipment (mikrotik, unifi)
Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR)
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects
Problem-solving aptitude
English: Intermediate+ (speaking and writing)
Soft Skills: can-do attitude, adaptability, honesty, taking ownership in what you do, open mind, and friendliness
BSc/BA in Computer Science/IT (or relevant certificates)

Support with equipment technical comparison analysis
Monitor the HW and SW market for usage, price, and quality requirements
Assist Tech Director with developing of IT policies and practices
