— Proven work, 3+ years experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter);
— Deep knowledge of the Ukrainian IT market.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
— Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS);
— Solid knowledge of sourcing IT talents;
— High level of English language proficiency.

— Responsible to coordinate with the offered candidate until they join the organization;
— Promote open positions through social media, inside the company and use other channels;
— Represent the company at recruiting events;
— Recruiting budget planning;
— Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
